Affiliate Program Terms

Joining the program

These Affiliate Program Terms supplement the REVTHRUM Terms of Service. You must provide accurate account, contact, country, and payout information; be legally able to enter this agreement; and comply with applicable advertising, tax, privacy, platform, and consumer-protection laws. Enrollment is free and non-exclusive. REVTHRUM may approve, review, suspend, or reject participation to protect the program and its customers.

Creator links and codes

REVTHRUM provides a personal tracking link and a creator code. Creator codes provide attribution only and do not reduce the customer's price. A valid referral is generally attributed for 30 days after the latest valid creator-link click or code claim before the customer's first successful subscription payment. Direct visits do not erase an existing valid referral. An intentionally entered creator code may replace earlier link attribution before purchase. One affiliate may be assigned to a subscription, and REVTHRUM's records control in cases of conflict.

Qualifying commissions

Active affiliates earn recurring commission on eligible subscription revenue actually collected from attributed customers while the subscription, affiliate account, and program remain active. Starter affiliates with 1–9 active approved referrals earn 35%; Performance affiliates with 10–24 earn 40%; and Elite affiliates with 25 or more earn 45%. The applicable tier is calculated from active approved referrals when a qualifying payment is recorded and applies prospectively, not retroactively.

Commissionable revenue excludes taxes, discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks, disputed or fraudulent payments, duplicate or test transactions, self-referrals, and any amount not retained as eligible subscription revenue. No commission is due for existing customers who were not validly attributed before their first paid subscription.

Review, reversals, and payouts

Each commission remains pending for at least 30 days after payment. Pending or approved commissions may be reduced, reversed, frozen, or extended for refunds, disputes, fraud indicators, policy review, or suspected abuse. If a reversal occurs after payout, the amount becomes a negative adjustment against future commissions or may be recoverable from the affiliate.

Eligible balances are reviewed for monthly manual payout. The minimum payout is $25; smaller balances roll forward. Payout timing may be delayed until identity, tax, or payout information is complete. Affiliates are responsible for taxes and fees imposed on their payouts. REVTHRUM does not guarantee any traffic, conversion, or earnings level.

Required disclosure

Every promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship near the endorsement, using plain language such as “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.” A platform label or hashtag alone may be insufficient depending on placement and context. Affiliates may not claim independent endorsement while hiding compensation.

Promotion and safety rules

Affiliates may use truthful original demonstrations and REVTHRUM-provided materials. Affiliates may not use spam, cookie stuffing, automated traffic, misleading redirects, unauthorized cashback, coupon sites, trademark bidding, false product or earnings claims, impersonation, fake reviews, infringement, harassment, illegal content, or deceptive demonstrations. Do not show or encourage configuring or handling a phone while driving. Demonstrations must follow local traffic, distracted-driving, and noise laws and should be filmed on a controlled course when depicting performance driving.

Self-referrals and fraud

You may not earn commission from your own purchases or from accounts, payment methods, devices, identities, or transactions you control. REVTHRUM may compare account, payment, device, network, timing, refund, and dispute signals as reasonably necessary to prevent abuse while applying its Privacy Policy.

Program changes and termination

REVTHRUM may change rates, thresholds, attribution, payout processes, or other program rules prospectively with reasonable notice, and may suspend or end the program. Already approved commissions will not be reduced solely because of a later rate change, but remain subject to refund, dispute, fraud, legal, tax, and payout-verification rules. Either party may end participation at any time. Material violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of ineligible or fraudulent commissions, and loss of referral attribution.

Relationship and liability

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of REVTHRUM. You cannot bind REVTHRUM or make promises on its behalf. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REVTHRUM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the program. The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service also apply.
